Incredible iTunes Support Email

Here's a support request that I sent the iTunes support folks a while back.
Read it to the end, I'm sure you'll see the funny side ;)

Hi there,
I recently took my MacBook Pro in for repair, which resulted in a replacement machine.

This means that some of the iTunes songs that I had downloaded, and not had a chance to back up, have now been lost.
I think that this only involves one song, but I'd still like to see if I'd be able to re-download that song free of charge.

Order Number: [redacted]
Item Number: [redacted]
TrackID: [redacted]

Thanks for your help,
Armin T.

And here's what I got back:

Hello Armin,

I just finished reading your email, which was incredibly thorough and polite (which is appreciated!) and understand that you no longer have the song "Jizz In My Pants". I know how eager you must be to listen to your new music again! My name is Krystal and I will be happy to assist you today.

I have gone ahead and posted the missing song "Jizz In My Pants" to your account. (I myself purchased the music video.) Please follow these steps to download the song:

...

If you find that you are missing any more items, please feel free to reply to this email with order numbers and I will gladly help you out as best as I can.

I'm glad you are able to enjoy your iTunes Store purchase again. Thank you for being a loyal iTunes Store customer, and have a fantastic week Armin!

Sincerely,
 [name redacted]

Aww, how polite. I've always found iTunes support very polite, though largely useless.

I just found it funny how she could relate to the song that I had lost. The lady's a playa.

Apple are great! My warentee had ran out that week and my macbook broke they still fixed it for free even though it had ran out and costed a lot! They always help me and when I got my Mac mini ran upgraded they did it in an hour as I had to go so they kept it behind the genius bar for me.
